Proper completion and execution of the I-9 form is of extreme importance. 

While I-9 verification is NOT a Notarial service, it is subject to the same ethical scrutiny. 

Many employers hire outside parties to complete I-9's on their behalf when the employer is unable to be present to execute the form, often times for a remote employee. 

We have trained 'Authorized Representatives' to assist with completion of Section 2 of 

the I-9 Employment Eligibility Form as required by the IRS, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, or Department of Justice

• Filling out the I-9 form is important to have complete and correct
• Don't entrust this to just anyone! Your employer and business stand to have serious repercussions if an employees I-9 is not completed correctly
• Choose an 'Authorized Representative' who is versed in checking identification as their daily job - If someone produces a questionable ID, we are most likely to spot it as opposed to someone else checking it
• An employer who is hiring employees remotely or remote employees
• Your employee travels and is in the Orange County, Long Beach, Oceanside areas during the window of time you have to complete form
• All Employers must complete an I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form for every new hired employee within 3 business days of starting employment.

• We provide a receipt for services for reimbursement from your new Employer
• Most Employers will reimburse the Employee for the expense of hiring a person to complete their I-9 Employee Verification Form

• Non-immigrant Alien Authorized to work for a specific employer because status
• Foreign Passport
• Form I-94 or Form I-94A that has same name as passport and and endorsement of the alien's non-immigrant status as ling as that period of endorsement us current

If you do not have a form of ID from section A, you will have to provide two forms from Section B & C
